Important Summary & User Agreement

Welcome to WhichDrive! By accessing or using our application, websites, and cloud management tools, you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service. WhichDrive is a multi-cloud workspace platform that enables cross-account search, quota monitoring, and file organization across Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By creating a WhichDrive account, clicking "Create Account", "Sign In", or using any portion of our Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Platform Description & Zero Content Retention

WhichDrive provides a centralized cloud management platform that aggregates metadata across multiple cloud storage accounts. Core functionality includes:

Cross-Account Universal Search

Simultaneous indexing of file titles across Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive handles.

Combined Storage Optimizer

Aggregated real-time storage quota analytics and remaining headroom calculations across all connected drives.

Smart Upload Router

Direct client-to-cloud upload streaming to user-selected target accounts and directories.

Multi-Account Team Proxy

Role-based invite delegation without exposing underlying cloud account sign-in passwords.

Zero Content Retention Model: WhichDrive does NOT store, download, cache, inspect, or retain the physical binary content of your documents, photos, or media files. All file previews, streaming downloads, and uploads execute directly between your web browser and official provider APIs.
